Es geht um einen Vertrag über eine red+ Partner zusatzkarte die mir an der Hotline für nur 5,99€ angeboten wurde da ich mobil Kunde bin und in meinem Haushalt ein Festnetzanschluss vorhanden ist. Heute bekam ich allerdings eine EMail mit anderen Konditionen (15,99€). Jetzt heißt es plötzlich das beide Tarife also Mobiltarif und Festnetzanschluss auf meinen Namen und über meine IBAN laufen müssen. Beim Abschluss war aber davon nie die Rede, denn sonst hätte ich diesen Tarif nicht abgeschlossen.. Des Weiteren muss ich leider sagen das die Hotline Mitarbeiter vielleicht mal eine Schulung in Höflichkeit bekommen sollten.
