      <title>no PIN or PUK</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a Vodafone mobile sim contract from November 2018. But I was not using this as this was an extra connection which I had been trying to cancel. I do not have the SIM paper or card for this and hence no PIN or PUK. According to online help, I should be able to get PUK from MeinVodafone Sim card settings. But I am not able to get such an option on my MeinVodafone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Currently I have requested for a mobile number takeover from my old mobile provider to Vodafone, ut I am unable to use the Vodafone sim because I do not have the PIN or PUK&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could you please suggest how I can find my PIN or PUK?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
