Kundigung

Hi !

My name is Stanislav Prokofjev and I have contract with vodafone for 2 years for mobile internet and for gigacube internet. I have moved out from Germany offiacially to Estonia and I also did Abmeldung. And I would like to break a contract (Kundigung) and I tried to do that in my account in vodafone, but I could not do that.

Could somebody help me, how and what should I do to break that contract?

Hey @Prokofjev1,

mobile contracts as well as the GigaCube can be cancelled to the end of the contract period of 24 months at least 3 month in advance.

Won´t they be cancalled the contracts will be prolonged for another year.

You can cancel the contracts easily in MeinVodafone.
