&lt;P&gt;firt of all, i have to apologize for the fact i do not speak deutsch. i really need your help.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In 12.2016, i signed a contract with Vodafone, in Kaiserslautern:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Vodafone XL Young ( 2016) with an iPhone 7 for &lt;STRONG&gt;24 months&lt;/STRONG&gt;. I payed everything in time, with no problems.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;today, after &lt;STRONG&gt;26&lt;/STRONG&gt; months, i would like to cancel this contract because i am very disappointed with Vodafone. they keep getting lots of money from my bank account. I think i payed them around 2600 euros for nothing&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;i tried to do it online and i do not understand why they say i have to wait untill &lt;STRONG&gt;2020&lt;/STRONG&gt; !&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I understood that i have to do it 3 months before but why do i have to wait until 2020 . I can't affor to pay for this anymore.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

What we can do is looking for a solution to reduce your bills with a new tariff.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;But this will defenetly lead to another 24 month contract period.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If you want you can send me a &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://forum.vodafone.de/t5/notes/privatenotespage/tab/compose/note-to-user-id/4371" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;PN&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt; with your customer account number and password and i will have a look.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;regards&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Boris &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
