Warning COMPLAIN ,Probably one of the worst service i have event got.

Hi ,

This is my account number ******** signed on the 12th of December 2018.

The contract includes a new galaxy s9 + and 3d camera + something else. Category Red L.

Expectations:

Receiving my devices and sim card in a timely manner. of-course this didnt happen.

Reality:

Since 23rd of Decmber and in the Contacing the customer service.requesting status.

all i get is sorry, it will arrive in the next two days and of course this did not happen.

Contacted the Customer service By mail three times atleast.

1) Wed, Jan 16: Sorry your phone will arrive on 18th. never happened!

2) 11th Feb: Sorry your phone is high priportiy and will arrive in three days.

3) 27th March: 4 days and not even a response! What a joke.

Contacted the Customer Service by phone:

1) once or twice in December

2) twice in Jan

3) another four times in Feb once a week

4) lastly on 28th Feb, and then NOTHING !! What a joke.

Vodafone starts my contract, even before i recive the SIM card, which i have never received.

I just had to go to Vodafone shops just to get my Sim card.

I'm not charged for something.

There is no apology a, there is nothing to resolve the problem. It seems Vodafone does not care about their customers

I lived in four other countries.i will never recommend vodafone to any one !

Hey @SOFFAR,

i am really sorry for the inconviniences.

Unfortunatly the situation has changed for us due to delivering changes from Samsung.

I can´t do much in this case beside asking for some more patience.

Thank you @Boris for your response.

I'm not willing to be patience. Three months are quite enough. With the unprofessional attitude with the customer service.

Vodafone is not a provider i want to continue with, Hence I request cancellation of my contract rightaway.

Since, Receiving my devices has not been respected , Im not willing to continue this.

So , please proceed with termination.

i surel understand you but we also depend on Samsung and what they deliver.

Please send me your customer account number and password via PN for having a look at your contract.
