Hello, I went to a store to try to add a SIM card to an existing plan. Instead I have been signed up for a more expensive, separate plan. How can I cancel this please, is it correct I can cancel in 30 days with no penalty?

Hello John4,

when you signed a contract in a store, there is no right of withrawal. This is only possible when you order a contract via phone or online within 14 days.

To clear the situation, please contact the shop.
