iPhoneXR with RedM contract upgrade

Dear Community,

After endlessly trying to call the hotline that wasnt able to understand me correctly in english I am writing here for your help.

I have acctually a Vodafone Contract RedS that will end october 2019. I saw a good offer on Vodafone Website to have the iPhoneXR + RedM and I wanted to know if it is possible to upgrade my acctual contract to this offer.

Hello kosti89,

if you can have a prolongation of your contract with a new phone now depends on, if or when you received the last phone from us. You can have a new phone every 24 months. Please have a look in your MeinVodafone app. In your contract details you can see, how long your contract runs and when you can have a new phone for prolongation.
