Gigacube monthly basis price is charged although I already returned it last month

I returned the Gigacube flex within 30 days satisfaction guarantee to a Vodafone shop from where I got the device. I also got the returned receipt on the spot.

I was charged the following bills

I) Einmalig Anschluss preis : ca 50 Euros

II) Einmalig Gigacube preis : ca 50 Euros (I got this price back)

III) A partial price of around 11 Euros for the 4 Dec- 12 Dec period

IV) A complete price of 34.99 Euros for 13 Dec - 02 January

I have claim about item (IV) and item (I). The customer center did not inform me about the einmalig anschluss preis. The item (IV) needs to be corrected.

Hi Abdul,

I´m sorry you weren´t informed.

But: as a customer you also have to inform youself.

With the "Zufriedenheitsgarantie" you are able to bring back your Hardware after testing - and you did.

Then you´ll get back the price for the GigaCube (Hardware).

Connection price and base price for tariff (Anschlusspreis + Basispreis) you have to pay, cause you took the service.

Hi Su,

I know that the first and last month are charged partially according to the number of days used.

The first month was charged partially around 11 Euros. The last month was charged at full price of 34.99 Euros although i returned it before the end of the month. Please check.

Hi Abdul,

thank you for writing a PN.

You booked the GigaCube Flex. Flex means, the whole base tariff will be be invoiced if you just use it one time.

So you see 34,99€ on your bill.

Your contract is still open. Please visit the shop again so the employees can close your contract finally.
