Regarding eSim with my new contract

I applied for a new contract recently & got the sim card delivered. What I really need is an eSim to use on an iPhone XS. I applied for the eSim online using MeinVodafone, but I am not sure how to use it. I do not get any option to see the QR Code, etc.
