Hello! I am new to Germany and have only had my Vodafone account for a couple of months. I am in need of assistance from an agent who speaks English. I have tried to use the hotline many times but the automatic machine always hangs up on me.

what's the matter? Maybe you can get some help here. There are also vodafone employees who speak english in this board.
