[Mobile] Contract termination and change to prepaid.

Hi,

I have mobile internet contract with Vodafone (without phone) and it will end at 28/04/19.

My customer no: xxxxxx

My number: xxxxxx

I plan to switch my contract become prepaid after the contract end but I want to use back the same vodafone number for the prepaid plan.

How can I proceed? because if I did not terminate my contract, the contract will automatic extend 1 year. Besides, my plan is Young M and currently I over 28, if I did not take any action after 28/01/19, Vodafone will automatic extend my contract 1 year with Young M plan or will extend my contract by Red M?

Hey @Deming90,

you can send me your phone number and customer password via PN and i will switch your contract to prepaid after cancellation as it is not already initialised.
