hello,

my name is Anton.

i need assitance in terminating my mobile service from Vodafone DE. i have purchased this service late 2017 when i was intending to stay in Germany for a year.

i am no longer registered in Germany and have returned to my origin country Israel. the major issue i have is i do not speak german and i cannot find a customer service number for english speakers.

what do i need to do in order to pay what i owe to Vodafone and terminate the service?

I´ll check your contract.

For that I need your PN including mobile phone number and customer password.

And please inform if your bank account in Germany still exists.

Edit: Removed personal data. for a PM, log into the community. Then you can select "my messages // my messages". There you can go to "new message" and enter the recipient. In this case then Su.
