SIM Card only works in Germany

I' ve bought a SIM Card in Munchen, in Vodafone Store at Marienplatz .
I' ve told to attendant that I wanted a Card that works not only in Deutschland but in other countries of Europe .

Today, 2 days after buy the Card, I'm in Praga and the SIM Card doesn't work.

I 've already received more than 3 messages from Vodafone wrote in Deutsch, which I don't understand but as I could see, the messages talk about pay if I want to have internet access in Praga.

I bought the SIM Card having trust that It would be work in other european countries...and now? What am I going to do? I' ve paid for one service and I' ve received a diferentes service.

What tariff do you have?

Hey @Anacazorla,

there can be a few reasons that you can´t use your SIM card in Prague.

One of them is that you haven´t topped up your tariff or maybe that roaming isn´t activated.

I can chack that for you if you want. Please sen me you number and customer password via PN.
