&lt;P&gt;The proper way was, is and possibly will be the contact form.&amp;nbsp; Simply because there you also get a reception receipt for your message.&amp;nbsp; Right now you probably have no proof that you ever sent any kind of cancellation.&amp;nbsp; Trying to intimidate your contractual partner with statements like&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Team,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a Vodafone mobile contract and on 12th of October 2018, I contacted the Vodafone customer service for my contract cancellation and&amp;nbsp;I got to know that I have to send a written cancellation on a paper and I have to sign on it and to send the scanned copy to the "vodafone@kontakt.de" (I asked the member if it is @kontakt.com or @kontakt.de and she said to me as we are in Deutschland and so you have to send it to @kontakt.de)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have sent the written cancellation paper by email as mentioned by the customer service and now my contracr got extended for 1 more year. I have been calling the Vodafone customer care for the last 2 months and I haven´t got any proper response from their end. When I go to a Vodafone store for my problem they suggest me that I have to call customer service and am wasting my time by calling you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can check for the last 2 months how many times I have called you and how much time I have invested in resoving the issue without any solution. If you are not going to cancel my contract then I would contact a lawyer and will approach Vodafone team. I will then ask for all my call recordings so that everyone can know how the vodafone team has responded to my queries and how they have diverted me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Seeking for a fast and positive response atleast in this forum.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
