Money deducted from my account due to abos

Dear Vodafone,

I have only recently realized that I have been billed for monthly Abo's for the last 3 months ( or more) to a total of almost 400 euros to abo services I have 1. Never signed up for and 2. Never gave my consent to to sign up for. As far as I know I have a contract with Vodafone and not with any third parties. Money from my account can only be deducted for using MOBILE services from vodafone for which I have signed the contract for and not for third party services of compmanies I have never heard from.

As I have never given consent to these services I would like to get my money back, not as credit, but on my bank account. I have allready contacted your help desk and they have now switched off these abo's and told me the money would be on my account a.s.a.p. However it has been almost 2 weeks and no sign of any money has been seen on my account nor did I receive a phone call.

If the money is not on my account within the next 7 days ( until the 14.12.2018) I would have to take matters in my own hands and contact a lawyer.

Honestly, @Rogier1988:

It is never a good idea to try and intimidate someone whom you need help from.
The good ole' "I'll contact a lawyer." is the new equivalent to "I'll tell my mommy." and hence rather unimpressive.
A deadline of seven days would most probably be considered to short under German jurisdiction.
It is by no means anywhere close to legally binding to communicate a deadline (as little as it may be justified) by writing it on the internet.

If your German is good enough to understand written text, may I rather direct you to this thread. You'll find all the answers there. Without having to tell your mommy or anyone else.
