Leaving Germany: Cancel Contract

Hi, I was studying abroad in Berlin and took out the Gigacube contract (24 month) as I was told I could cancel it once I have left Germany and have my abmeldung. How do I go ahead and cancel the contract?

Sorry to tell, but mobile contracts cannot be cancelled prematurely (contrary to landline contracts).

Hey @lewisel,

as @reneromann already said there is no special cancelation reason when leaving germany.

I can check your contract if you send me a PN with your account number and customer password.

@Boris Hi Boris, I eventually went into the store when I returned to Berlin on holiday in October. The employee at the Berlin store told me to send a letter, along with my abmeldung and the Gigacube in the post to Vodafone in order to cancel the contract. I have done this but have recieved no response.

Could you please help me?
