Hello,

I left Germany in June 2018 and submitted the request via Vodafone website to terminate my mobile phone contract but I have never heard back from Vodafone and still being charged every month.

Please let me know what do I need to do to have the contract canceled.

As opposed to fixed network contracts, moving abroad does not constitute any legal basis for prematurely terminating a mobile contract.

You can check via "Mein Vodafone" if the contract cancellation has been booked in for the regular date at the end of your 24 months contract period though.
