What exactly does "but does not work" mean?
Wenn ich diese Nachricht erhalten habe, ist nicht in Ordnung.

In my opinion, there are three possibilities:

You may no longer be eligible for the employee discount in general.
The document you uploaded does not qualify you to receive the discount.
The document you uploaded went astray and has gone missing, so the discount was removed.

That however is something no other customer here on the board can check and possibly correct. So it may now take a little patiuence until a moderator stops by in this thread and possibly can shed some light on the topic.

Thanks for reply!
Its more easy for me to explain in English, What happened is:
- I received a letter saying that i had 4 weeks to upload the file.

- I upload the file some days after and received the screen: Upload ok.

- Some weeks later i received a letter saying that i had 2 weeks to upload the file.

- Then I upload the file again and went to a vodafone store and ask for a woman that works there , She said ITS Alright.

- I try to call support but they dont speak english.

So now i wont be entilied to discount of a product that i dont use(She offers me internet to tablets because will be free).
