Can anyone from Vodafone speak English contact me to solve my problems ?

Dear ladies and gentlemen,

As I mentioned in the email/inquiry:

I signed the paper, and then the guy in the shop asked for a E-signature, and I attached the copy of the signed paper(15 Euro/ month for the sim card) . I didn’t know that the contract was changed to a new one (32.99 EURO /month).
We never asked for changing the contract to a 42.99 EURO /Month . you can check the usage of the sim card ,before and after the changed ,do you still think it was really our requirement for changing ? did you keep the email or the audio record of changing contract ?otherwise would it be possible that the guy in the shop who has all my private data and changed the contract without informing us ? If the contract says that i should have a phone but he never gave it to me ,meaning he stole the phone ,he might also steal and misuse something.
In December he scanned our daughter’s passport and now you are asking for a proof of age.How can this happen ?

In your email ,asking me to go to the shop and check with them ,which i already did over half a year and over 50 times ,but he always telling me that the contract is 15 Euro/month . in the email/inquiry，I attached the email communicating with him ,the signed paper and the proof. In the first email I sent him ,i wrote down what he told me and sent to him again for his confirmation . if i was not told such information ,i wouldn’t sent email to him for confirmation . and I never got any phone which seems the “new contract “ includes . when never i went to him ,he always telling me that the contract is 15 EURO /month .,surely there’s no phone in such contract.

The fact was someone represent Vodafone tricked me. He worked in the shop with Vodafone logo ,and has a Vodafone email address ,I trusted him because all this shows that he REPRESENT VODAFONE.

And I am coming to Vodafone for help ,but the solution you gave me is to contact the guy who tricked me . which I went to the shop and talking to him face to face more than 50 times and over half a year ,and now you gave me the solution to do that again !!!

How can Vodafone allow someone represent company do such trick thing !!

I hope someone can call me or email me for further investigation and a solution .

I got the answer asking me again to contact the guy in the shop . which i mentioned here : I already wen to him more that 50 times since January .but he always promised me everything but solved nothing .

what this account numner is ? is it the kundennummer and pin code or else?

You mentioned that I already have a email contact with me ,but i was told by the service hotline that the email address Kontakt@vodafone.com is only for sending email out ,but nobody will check the emails there . i did sent first email to this address but after 2 weeks got no feedback .

I feel so helpless ! Can someone contact me to talk about that ,instead of just sending me a bill .

Hi Boris，

I sent you via the PN to you testerday .

and in past 3 weeks I went to the shop 3 times more , the guy was not there ,and his colleagues always says you should talk to him . I called the phone number they gave me many times, but never got picked up .

if you can see the first email i sent to him .it was already 8 months .now I got no responds except the Bill .

Thanks for your feedback . and I am looking forward to the solution .

if possible you can check the SIM card usage as well as the emails communication with the guy in the shop ,so that to get some feeling what is my real requirement . and the upgrade of the contract make sense or not ? or was it from our requirement or someone made the mistake .

In addition I forwarded to you the emails i described the problem and the emails communcation with the guy in the shop .

I writed down everything he promised me many many times to him via email which you can see in the email . do you think it is possible i assume something by myself and snet to him for his confirmation？

Hi,

I went to the shop 4th time yesterday in past 2 weeks ,and the guy in the shop told me ,the guy who made the contract with me is fired because of doing something cheating.

and he gave me two paper showing that there's no phone included ,but you told me that there should be a phone .what is the trueth ? i send you the copy of the paper and the copy of kid passort as well , because i noticed even he scanned it 11months ago ,but he didn't send it to vodafone .

in the email i sent to you ,you can see sometime i got a bill and ask the guy what should I do ,he told me that i don't pay .
