      <title>Very bad experience with Vodafone</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i have extended my contract with Vodafone to keep my number, and it was the biggest mistake i have done,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;my contract shows that i have to pay 60 € monthly, and first 3 months will be free of charge, but actually i am paying 110 € monthly since the contract started.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;now i am in this problem since 5 months, tried to contact the hotline, went to the shop several times submitted my several complains, but nothing happened, and still charging me more than 110 € every month, as they are charging me 50€ for sim card which they mentioned that it is a gift for me, and will not pay for it, which i have never used.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I feel that it is really a hopeless case, and i have the feeling that people have no rights with mobile companies.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i am not sure who can help me here, but it feels like it is just a fact that vodafone will steal money from me for the next 2 years.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cheers,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ahmad&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Ahmad don’t worry . They did same with me . Join the club . I was offered first 6 months free of charge as Wechsel Prämie and later 44,99 per month . But I get billed for 67,48 and I didn’t get even one month free .&lt;BR /&gt;When I called within 14 days of signing contract to confirm about my first 6 months free they said it’s mistake because of system failure and they will sort it out . When I called after14 days of signing contract they said that I will not get 6 months free instead I will get only one month free and I have to pay 59,99 per month and discounts are 10 Euro for giga Kombi and 5 Euro for home internet kunde . &lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The contract statement only refers to one price plan whereas the bill image clearly states that you have two(!) price plans and two sim cards, each with a monthly base price: Red L and Red+ Allnet. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;You mention that one sim card was offered to you for free. In any case, if you picked up two(!) sim cards in the store, you must have signed up for both. So, there should be a second document somewhere among your papers to state the terms and conditions for the second sim card. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Please look for the second contract document and check if it really states the price plan free of charge. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

Today I received my firth bill, with which I expected to pay 40 euro, but I was charged almost 60.&amp;nbsp;Yet 40&amp;nbsp;was the sum the salesman promised&amp;nbsp;me as a monthly charge, and he has actually written it down on the&amp;nbsp;sheet that is attached to my contract. More than that, as I look through the contract now, I realize that I cannot understand where either of the figures comes from.
