The contract is terminated however Vodafone keeps sending me bills

My contract was terminated on 31 July 2018 and I left Germany on 01 August 2018.

I received the confirmation on paper. They are listed in MyVodafone.

Howevert, I received more bills from Vodafone.

Please, clarify the situation.

I have the same problem with Kabel Deutschland....

I will gladly help you. When was your Kabel Deutschland contract cancelled? Did you send us your move with date, your new address and a certificate of deregistration? If you send me your customer data (customer number, name, old and new address) by private message, I'll have a look. Please report back here in the thread as soon as you have sent it to me.
