Hi,
I bought a Vodafone contract without phone and from work I have received a phone and a sim.
The Vodafone sim is of no use for me now. Is there any way to cancel this contract?

Hi @Bingo22,

Where did you sign your contract? When you signed it on a store there isn't a possibility to cancel the contract within the minimum term (24 month).

When you signed online, you have only the possibility to revoke the contract within 14 days. These information you should have received with your contract details.

Hi @Mav1976 Unfortunately, I have signed the contract in a store. The contract is in German and I have briefly read it and need to read it again.
