Hi there ,I tried to talk to the guy in Vodafone shop over 100 times ,all the time with promise but did nothing!

Can someone from Vodafone speaks English contact me to tell me :

1. Why my red-s 14.99 EURO ccontract as I signed the paper ,after the guy asked for a e-signature changed to a 58.98EURO ?

2. It seams there's a phone in the new offerr ,why I never saw it ?where was it ,who took it ?why mismached to my name and my contract ,who did that ?

3. why I got a penity for mis-use of Young offer after he scaned my 14 year old daughter's passport and I did applied a SIM card for my daughter ?

4. why my red internet & phone 200 cable action offer said 14.99 Euro for first 12 months but charge me 19.99 Euro instead ?

5.why I sent emails to all the email address I can search via internet to Vodafone many times got no responds ?

if anyone can contact me via my cell phone number :***

Hi Lisalin,

welcome to the Vodafone Community.

If you conclude a mobile-contract in our Vodafone shop, we record all agreements in writing. So you can check and then, if everything is correct, sign. If there is a mobile phone included and you didn´t receive one you can make a complaint directly in the Shop.

But I think the best will be you send me a PN with your cable customer number, the mobile phone number, the password and the link to your post here.
