Easytravel problem!

I m in USA. I m using american number in my german phone! My German Simcard even not in my phone not working at all!! Complately out... But my vodafone app shows me that I m paying everyday 5.99 Euro!!! What a ***ty company! I will never everr make anny contract with Vodafone and I will tell this to alll my friends and family member.... Just Horrible!!!!

I'm sure we can find out what caused this confusion.

First of all: Did you swap the SIM cards before you switched on your phone or afterwards?

If, at first your German SIM card was logged on to one of the American networks, this will have triggered the EasyTravel option.

Once you remove your SIM, EasyTravel Day will stop.

To put it plainly: At most, your EasyTravel costs should be at 5.99 Euro.

Makes sense?

If not, just let me know and we will find a solution.
