Hi, I ordered online a SIM couple of days ago, but until now I still coudn't verify myself. Since Berlin issued resident permit on Passport, WebIDent don't accept that. I've tried to call Vodafone to change verification method but no one asnwerd.

Is it CallYa? Then I suggest that you please visit a Vodafone Shop, so that you can be helped with the legitimacy.

I don't think so. Honestly I don't know what CallYa is, since I orederd a SIM via Check24.

The probelm is I don't have the SIM yet, and I have to verify myself first, then they can send the SIM to me. I've already been in shop too, and they told me thay can verify me only if I have the SIM.

Since I don't have SIM, so I can't go to shop. Also WebIDent don't accept Berlin resident permit.
