ENGLISCH: Vodafone store refused to give me cellphone, but the contract is running anyway!

Hello.
I am a Vodafone client (I have a house internet contract). I requested a Mobilfunk package with cellphone, through internet. I received the contract papers and the confirmation via email. But when I went to the Vodafone store to pick up my device and sign up the papers, they refused to give me the cellphone due to my Aufenthaltstitel (Blaue Karte) expires September next year (although this Blaue Karte is renewed by the government every 2 years, as I explained to the Vodafone employee) Nevertheless, my bank account has been charged yesterday.

So, Vodafone gave me no device, but Vodafone is taking my money anyway!!

This is so frustrating, I need a solution!
