Good Evening Guys,

My contract Red L is almost finished and I would like to transfer my offer on a PrePaid CallYa offer.

What is the process to do so ?

What are the delay ?

Can I do it before the term of my Red L contract ( Sept 2018 ) ?

Hey julienrunlow,

you can switch your contract to prepaid to the end of your contract period.

When your contract is cancelled to september 2018 your number can then be transferred.

Hi julienrunlow,

for this, the contract must be terminated. At the same time simply specify that the number should be transferred to CallYa by end of contract.
