      <title>bill deducted without information</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;So here is the scenerio,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1) I was vodafone kabel customer but shifted to new place where vodafone kabel does not provide service so I took vodafone DSL instead.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2) I was offered a sim with package 10 euro(Vodafone Young M) but contract was sent which stated 28 euro. Contract was sent twice but wrong and not as prmoissed on phone. First time they said it was mistake and will send you new one. Second it was the same. I have returned both sim and am no longer interested in your contract P.S. I have not signed the contract nor used any sim. It was returned on the same day.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Now I have been charged 61,40 euro which I have no clue for what. Kindly solve my issue. I shall be really really grateful.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When I call the helpline, the route me so much and no one is willing to listen to me. The automated voice is in german and therefore its really hard for me to connect.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
