Paying for Gigacube even after Contract cancelled and box returned since Dec

My Gigacube was cancellled in Autumn 2018 and the box was returned October end. I am currently using the Vodafone Kabel. I was many times since October 2018 and everytime I am being told that the contract is cancelled and I shall no longer be charged and my money will be refunded. Your colleague Mr. XXX even showed me on the computer on his system that he cancelled it. Can I please get solution to this? I am not agreeing to pay for a service that I am not using. Please look into this. Help with be very much appreciated.
