I forgot the online registration code. and I could not find the letter also could you please provide me my online registrartion code for my gigacube.

As far as I know, there is no "online registration code" for the GigaCube. Instead you use your mobile number or customer number and the customer passphrase that you initially opted for while signing the contract.

Hi,

The problem is when I login to myVodafone account I can not see my current running gigacube contract so when I try to add contract it asks me online activation code or activation code. don't get how I can add my contract to myVodafone account. could you please help me out.

Hi Dashrath,

which kind of contract you choose in MyVodafone? Please use "Vertrag hinzufügen" and than "Mobilfunk". You can add your GigaCube via customer number and your personal customer password.

"DSL, Festnetz & LTE Zuhause" is not for GigaCube.

Hi Dashrath,

Actually, when signing up, the password would have been set up by yourself.

If you did not register a password of your own, you can still do this.

I recommend you download the form linked here http://vod.af/NeuesKennwort

Please fill it in and send it to the address mentioned on the sheet.

It will take some days until your new password is registered.

Once the password is set up you can add the Cube to your account in MeinVodafone.
