GigaCube is connected but no Internet Connection

Hello All,

Since I am new in Germany at Dusseldorf, I am writing this problem in English only. I had taken a GigaCube contract with 4G router, at first, it was working fine. But, from today morning - although the wifi remains connected internet is not working and it keeps on saying no internet connection.

Switching off & turning on the GigaCube router or connecting & disconnecting wifi in the device (phone/laptop) solves the issue for a few minutes but again the internet keeps on disconnecting. And it's quite frustrating for me since I can't perform any work smoothly.

If I can get some help from the Vodafone Community for solving this issue with my Vodafone GigaCube router, then it would be helpful.

And this kind of service from Vodafone is not expected at all despite paying smoothly regarding the internet contract, the service should be good enough - Please help me in fixing this out.

which address is it about? Where is the Gigacube used?

Does your problem persist or is everything working again in the meantime?
