Giga cube contract termination and refund

Hello,

I have ordered a giga cube basic device with 125 GB montly plan and I had canceclled the contract within 30 days period and sent the device back through DHL retun. I have got the confimation that Vodafone received the device, however by when shall I expect the one time provision fee of 56 euro to be creadited to my account?

It says other than the monthly data charges, one time charges will be refuneded. Kindly help, I can share further details over PM.

Hi Deepak,

You're right in that you currently benefit from a 30-days-test-period for the GigaCube.

(Zufriedenheitsgarantie für den Vodafone GigaCube)

Within the 30 days, you can test the GigaCube.

You can then return it if you're not happy with it.

The contract will be terminated and you will be refunded the purchase price of the GigaCube.

However, we do not refund the monthly base price or the connection fee.
