Terminate the contract due to moving to another city (Germany).

What I did:
- I had already read Umzug - Tipps & Tricks.
- On the phone, as always, they can't speak English.

Questions:
What to do if in the new place:
- The Internet is already connected
- or if there is a better offer from another company
- or I just don't want to use the "move" service
- or vodafone is not available

Question 1) What should I do?
Since the date of the move is not known (we only recently learned that we have to move).
question 2) Should I apply for termination of contract now? (but right now I do not know where I will be moving)

The start date of my current contract: 01.09.2020.

Hi Miroff,

so right now you do not know, when and where you are moving?

So ordering a move of your internet connection would not make sense.

So I can not give you any advice except from, ordering the move as soon asu you know where and when you want to move.

You can do this in MeinVodafone, by phone or you send me a private message with your name, customer number, new address and date of the move.

Hi Miroff,

DSL contracts have a minimum term of 24 months and are then extended by 12 months at a time.

There is no option to change the extension to one month.

A move does not generally result in a special right of termination.

Only if the connection at the new address is not possible, you can cancel with a notice period of 3 months.
