Leaving Germany - DSL Cancellation

I have a short notice move away from Germany to America and I need to cancel my DSL contract. I do not have any deregistration paperwork as I am here on NATO orders. I tried to cancel online, but cannot choose an address overseas. I called the number provided and was given a different number to call, who then gave me an email address that was invalid. I tried to use the online contact form, but I still haven't recieved an answer and I am leaving in less than a week. I need to return the router also, so I need a label or address to send it to. Please help!

in order to cancel your contract you can either use our contact form: http://www.vod.af/DSLKuendigung or you can send me a private message with your name, customer number and customer password. Also I need to know when you are leaving Germany.
