      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi! I have DSL connection and I don’t have internet since 3 days. I have already opened a ticket and my ticket number is TA000001540&lt;FONT color="#FF0000"&gt;***&lt;/FONT&gt; .The internet was installed on Thursday and it worked perfectly fine then. It stopped working from Friday. I have reset the Fritz box multiple times and it is also set to max performance. Please schedule a visit from the technician to fix the issue at the earliest. I will be at my home the whole time.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Before that, they will try to fix the line via remote. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If the reset did not solve the issue, plase get back to them.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;You can also send me a private message with your name and customer number.
