Regarding DSL Payment

Hi,

My bank details have been change and last month i got the bill and the direct bedit was selected. The direct debit date was 07 May 2021. I have check the account but i was not deducted.

What should i do if the amount was not deducted. Is there any way from where i can pay my bill to have un-interuppted service of vodafone DSL.

Hi BrijeshShah,

There can always be a deviation in the date of the debit. That does not necessarily mean that the debiting did not work out.

Don't worry, your DSL connection will not be blocked due to one failed charge.

If the debiting does not work, we will send you an email. There you will then find the bank details for the transfer.
