Need help with new contract

Hello,

I've applied for cable contract for the apartment i'm going to move at start of April. The modem and the papers have reached me, but even though i've told the staff in support on the phone that i wanted the contract to start from the beginning of April, i've just got an SMS saying that i should connect my device and start it in 5 days.

Been trying to connect to an actual person at support hotline with no luck, mostly because i don't speak any German.

What should i do ?

- Customer number

- Name

- Address

- Date of birth

- Desired date of activation.
