4 months i received the routeur, technician never came, no one replies.

So if you want help, why don't you just answer on that posts?

Because i'm not supposed to search all over community forums to get internet installed after 4 months.

This is NOT what this forum is intendet to be. And this is NOT how it works.

By the way: English support is given on a best-effort base, which might also mean that there is no English support at all. It's up to you to get yourself a translator in case your German isn't good enough in order to communicate with the Support hotline in German (as this is the sole language that you contractually agreed to).
