    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have wasted my whole day trying to contact Vodafone in Germany but there is no English customer support. Is there any place i can get help?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I recently saw that my contract says "Expired" on the "My Vodafone" portal. Also, I was recently charged 97€ for not returning back the Vodafone router. I was never informed that my contract has been terminated and I was never asked to return my router and now got charged for this. Please explain to me the situation better.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also I had recently moved with my Vodafone router. Earlier in my last apartment I was getting 500mbps and now I only get 35 here. Hence I want to understand if upgrading my router is an option, if not please atleast explain what is going on.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Normally, you will receive a confirmation of termination with instructions to return the device. You will receive this by e-mail. If the router is not returned in time, we will charge you for it.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Which router model are you currently using?
