      <title>New cheaper contract but still charged old amount</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sorry for writing in English but my German is awful! I moved apartments about 2 months ago and Vodafone couldn't provide me with the same service. They cancelled my old contract and set me up with a new cheaper contract in the new apartment. We got a new router and sent the old router back to vodafone. It's a DSL connection.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The new fee should only be €10 per month based on what we agreed but I keep getting charged €35 which is the old fee. Is there any English number I could call because when I try the German one the customer support always says they don't speak English.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
