Router DSL Return after contract termination by vodafone

Hello dear,

I had a DSL contract with Vodafone 3 months ago and the contract got terminated by Vodafone.

Now, I need to return the DSL router but I don't have a return code/address.

I've called the customer service number "08001721212" and I could't go through the right path with the recorded german messeges as my german skills is not that good.

would you please help regarding this?

Hello SaraBakry,

the Return-Adress to send the router back:

Arvato Distribution GmbH

Warenannahme 36 (Retoure)

33428 Marienfeld

Maybe, you put a copy of your contract termination in the packet also. It is important, that Vodafone see your customer number and knows, that you send the router back.

Take care about the Tracking number.
