&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;My German is not currently good enough yet, so I just want to ask this in English because sometimes English-Support is not available on the hotline.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;I am a new customer, with the Fritzbox and yesterday the Telekom technician came to set everything up. However, the internet is still not working. &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;Whenever I connect to the Internet, it redirects me to this page:&amp;nbsp; &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;A href="http://pushpage.arcor.de/pleasewait.html&amp;nbsp;" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;pushpage.arcor.de/pleasewait&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;At first I thought that my device is still installing so I thought that I'd just wait. &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;But it's been a long day now and I'm not sure how to fix this?&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
