Changing Bandwidth without extended contract duration

Hello,

I currently have "Red Internet & Phone 16 DSL" contract. I want to exchange it for "Red Internet 50 DSL" contract. Since, both the contracts have same monthly costs of 29.99 and I do not use landline at all. However, I do want a new minimum period of 24 months. My current contract requries 3 months of notice period. I prefer a shorter or similar notice period. Is that possible?

Hi AJ_FRA,

all contracts have an initial term of 24 months with a notice period of 3 month. Your contract will be extended about 12 month if you do not change the tariff or cancel.

The notice period is still the same. Was that the information you were missing?
