      <title>Cancelled contract, but still getting billed</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had moved outside Germany and had requested for closing my contract in the Month of July. I am still being charged for my Vodafone Internet connection.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As informed by the Vodafone customer care, I had sent a letter to their office and also had returned the equipment. However there was no notification provided, nor did they confirm that they would cancel the account. Since I have left Germany permanently so I dont wish to continue to pay for the bills that I am utilising.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please can someone help me with this?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Krishna Kant&lt;/P&gt;</description>
