      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I've called recently regarding my EasyBox804 router not showing up on the WiFi list. It was working properly since we got it about 1 year ago and now it's been 3 weeks since it's stoppped working.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;This was reported to the Customer Support and i've been told to restart it via easy.box page. I don't recall recieving the welcome mail containing the MIC code that i need now. Apparently there should also be an option in the mobile app but i can't find it.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Can i request MIC somewhere else?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Cheers and thanks in advance&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
