    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I ordered a DSL contract on 18.09. However, when I checked the contract status, it stated that Vodafone could not process my contract further because they have questions and will call me the next few days. I waited for weeks and no one called me. I tried to reach them several times via 0800 172 12 12 and still, no one picked up.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Besides, on 21.09, they sent me an email to choose a technical visiting appointment. I chose 07.10 and I got no email or SMS confirmation about the date. When I checked the link again, and it showed "Vielen Dank! Wir prüfen Deinen Wunsch-Termin. Wir klären jetzt mit der Telekom, ob Dein Termin klappt. Das kann bis zu 3 Tage dauern. Wir melden uns bei Dir per SMS oder E-Mail.Wann der Techniker genau kommt? Erfährst Du nach der Prüfung."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And the appointment was yesterday. Of course, no one came.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I read a few posts in the forum and I also realized that I&amp;nbsp;have not received any Wilkommenbrief.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am really confused now.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone knows what happened to my order and how can I solve it?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sincerely,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Linh&lt;/P&gt;</description>
