    <description>&lt;P&gt;To whomever it may concern,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am an English speaker living in Germany and I requested a Wlan-Hotspot-Flat account, I thought I would have instant access (I had no internet at the moment) but it took several days to receive an activation code by mail. Unforutantely I wasn't available to use the contract and I have received 2 bills so far (for August and September). I would like to cancel my contract but so far the portal has been very confusing and I haven't been able to that and the customer service contact center don't speak English to help me do this. I would like to cancel my contract in order not to be billed anymore and I would like to know if I can have a refund because I didn't even use the service.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thank you in advance&lt;/P&gt;</description>

A retroactive refund will probably not be possible. You would have had to revoke the contract in time. The usage is independent of this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please send me your customer number, name, address and date of birth by &lt;A href="https://forum.vodafone.de/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/3173095" target="_blank"&gt;private message&lt;/A&gt; .
