English Support - Moving to a new address where Vodafone has no coverage

Hi all!

In a couple of months I'm moving to another address (within Germany) and the house developer told me that Vodafone provides no service there. Only Telekom does. So I guess I have to change the provider.

What should I do with my current Vodafone contract? It's Mindestlaufzeit ends in April 2022. Can I cancel it if I can't use Vodafone services anymore?

Hi Ivan,

if we cannot provide you with a connection at your new address, you have a special right of termination.

We need your notice of termination in text form. Please state your new address, the date of your move and a reference to moving to an unsupplied area.

The legal period of notice for the special right of termination is 3 months.
