Sehr geehrtes Vodafone-Team,

Im August ziehe ich von einer Wohnung in eine andere, München. Jetzt habe ich DSL Internet und die neue Wohnung hat auch DSL Internet.

Kann ich Ihnen eine E-Mail senden, um dieses Problem zu beheben, oder muss ich anrufen? Mein Deutsch ist nicht so gut, um alles durch das Telefongespräch zu erklären.

i do not see any option to make it online. All the links lead to general "My Vodafone" Page

The removal service costs 39.99 Euro once. If you agree to a new term of 24 months, the removal service is free of charge.

I need one more piece of information from you. Where is the apartment in the house? For example: 1st floor, left side?
