Change contracts instead of cancelling/extending contracts at end of contract period

I have two contracts with Vodafone, one for handy and one for internet (Red Internet and phone 100 DSL) . The contracts end in November 2020. I do not want to extend the contracts but want to check possibility to change to another contract with Vodafone itself. I have to give my termination of contracts by August, is there a way I can switch to another contract with Vodafone. Sites like check24 will allow me only to shift to another service provider, not with Vodafone itself. I am interested in retaining my handy number and switching both the contracts, if possible to a single one
My German is not so good and hence I am unable to talk with customer service about this.

Could you please advice?
